3D Designer

We're seeking a mid-level 3D Designer to join our creative team in Karachi. You'll bring 3D models and visualizations to life using industry-standard software and cutting-edge AI tools, collaborating with designers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality assets that exceed expectations. This is a hands-on role where your technical skills and creative vision directly impact the quality of our visual output.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, model, and render 3D assets using Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or similar software that meet project specifications and quality standards
• Apply rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, KeyShot, Cycles, or Redshift to produce photorealistic or stylized visualizations with proper lighting, materials, and composition
• Integrate AI-powered 3D tools such as Meshy, Tripo, Luma AI, and Adobe Firefly into your workflow to accelerate asset generation and explore creative possibilities
• Collaborate with the design and creative teams to understand project requirements, provide technical feedback, and iterate on designs based on feedback
• Optimize 3D models for performance and compatibility across different platforms and use cases
• Maintain organized project files, document workflows, and share best practices with the team to ensure consistency and efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in 3D design, modeling, or visualization
• Expert-level proficiency in at least one major 3D software (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D)
• Proven experience with at least one professional rendering engine (V-Ray, Corona, KeyShot, Cycles, or Redshift)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill and creative vision — this is mandatory and will be reviewed during the evaluation process
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered 3D tools (Meshy, Tripo, Luma AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar) and ability to leverage them strategically
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Nice to have: Experience with motion graphics, animation, or VFX; familiarity with game engines like Unreal or Unity; knowledge of procedural modeling or shader creation
