As we scale our academic structure across AI, Cybersecurity, Data & Cloud, and Blockchain, we are looking for an Academic Program Associate who can support the academic team in curriculum coordination, instructor communication, program documentation, research, and academic operations.
Role Overview
The Academic Program Associate will support the academic and curriculum function at Edversity.
This is a mixed role that includes coordination, research, documentation, and academic support. You will help keep instructors, advisors, curriculum documents, program plans, and academic processes organized and moving on time.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, curious about technology and education, strong in written communication, and interested in growing into curriculum, academic strategy, program management, or edtech operations.
You do not need to be a developer, but you should be genuinely interested in AI, Cybersecurity, Data, Cloud, Blockchain, and future-tech skills.
Key Responsibilities
A) Academic Coordination
• Schedule and coordinate instructor check-ins, advisory board meetings, curriculum discussions, and academic review sessions
• Maintain communication with instructors, advisors, trainers, and internal teams
• Prepare agendas for academic meetings and follow up on action items
• Take meeting notes and convert discussions into clear next steps
• Track pending academic tasks, documents, instructor inputs, and curriculum updates
• Coordinate with operations and program teams to ensure academic plans are executed properly
• Support the academic team in keeping programs structured, timely, and organized
B) Curriculum and Program Support
• Help maintain curriculum documents, course outlines, skill maps, learning objectives, and program records
• Support the academic lead in drafting and updating course outlines for Edversity’s technology programs
• Assist in organizing weekly plans, session structures, lesson flow, assessments, assignments, and project requirements
• Track curriculum changes and make sure updated versions are properly documented
• Support the six-month curriculum review process by collecting relevant information, feedback, and research
• Help prepare briefing material for instructors, advisors, school leads, and academic reviewers
C) Research and Industry Skill Mapping
• Research current skills, tools, technologies, and job market trends across AI, Cybersecurity, Data & Cloud, and Blockchain
• Study job descriptions, industry reports, competitor programs, and global learning platforms to understand what skills are in demand
• Summarize research findings clearly for the academic and leadership team
• Help identify what should be added, improved, or removed from Edversity’s programs based on market relevance
• Track how AI and emerging technologies are changing the way skills are taught and applied
• Support the creation of skill maps that connect learning outcomes with real career requirements
D) Instructor and Advisor Support
• Act as a coordination point for instructors and advisors on schedules, documents, follow-ups, and academic requirements
• Help instructors organize course plans, class material, assignments, assessments, and session requirements
• Collect instructor feedback and share it with the academic team
• Support advisory board sessions by preparing notes, background material, research summaries, and action trackers
• Help maintain a clear record of advisor inputs and curriculum recommendations
E) Documentation and Tracking
• Maintain academic trackers, curriculum folders, instructor records, program files, and review documents
• Keep all academic documents properly organized and updated
• Create simple reports, summaries, and trackers for academic progress
• Ensure that important information does not get lost across meetings, WhatsApp messages, documents, and follow-ups
• Use Google Docs, Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, or other tools to maintain academic systems
Who We Are Looking For
• Recent graduate or early-career candidate with strong ownership and discipline
• Strong written English and ability to summarize information clearly
• Good research skills and ability to understand new topics quickly
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Interested in technology, education, startups, AI, Cybersecurity, Data, Cloud, or Blockchain
• Comfortable coordinating with instructors, advisors, and internal teams
• Able to follow up consistently without being reminded again and again
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Notion, Airtable, or similar productivity tools
• Willing to learn how curriculum, academic planning, and edtech program design work
• Able to work with attention to detail and maintain proper documentation
Preferred Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Computer Science, IT, Data, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Prior experience in academic coordination, program coordination, research, edtech, training, curriculum support, or project coordination will be preferred
• Strong fresh graduates with excellent writing, research, and organizational skills may also apply
• Basic understanding of AI, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Cloud, or Blockchain will be a plus
• Experience working with instructors, trainers, universities, or student programs will be a plus
