Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the timely and correct handling of all matters concerning the day to day bookkeeping.
- Sorting and filing documents into: third party invoices, company’s sale invoices, bank statements, cash documents and other correspondence.
- Booking of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank, lettering, payroll and payments
- Verifying the completeness and consistency of accounting information received.
- Preparation of monthly or quarterly basic closing transactions and reconciliation (e.g. VAT centralisation…).
- Working in compliance with all company procedures and follow the mandatory trainings.
- Any other task assigned by the Senior Accountant.
