Accounts Exective - PostEx

Our client PostEx is hiring a Accounts Exective in Karachi.

• Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare and process payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank statements, cash, and vendor accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Process employee reimbursements and petty cash transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.
• Assist in tax-related documentation, including withholding tax and sales tax records.
• Prepare financial reports and management summaries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, BBA (Finance), ACCA (Part Qualified), or an equivalent qualification.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
