Good-to-Have Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. A Master’s degree, CPA, CA, CMA or specialized P2P certification is highly advantageous.

• Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership, lead, or supervisory role.

• ERP Expertise: Deep, advanced hands-on experience utilizing Oracle ERP (Oracle Cloud/Fusion or E-Business Suite) within an enterprise P2P environment.

• Core Competencies: Proven expertise in Service Delivery Management and managing SLAs/KPIs in a shared services or matrixed corporate structure.

• Soft Skills: Outstanding leadership capabilities, highly articulate communication, and strong negotiation skills to manage senior cross-functional stakeholders and global vendors.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of internal financial controls, corporate treasury workflows, banking integrations, and global spend auditing.
