SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As an Administrative Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations by providing high-quality administrative and clerical support. In this role, you will act as a central coordination point, enabling effective communication, managing workflows, and supporting business needs across teams. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, contributing to a well-organized and productive work environment.
This position is Lahore based and shall report to HR & Admin Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events while ensuring seamless execution.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely communication.
- Organise and maintain records, files, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and easy accessibility.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents by compiling and summarising relevant information.
- Support workflow management by tracking tasks, following up on pending items, and ensuring timely completion.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
What We Look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
