Dark Bytes, a Lahore-based software company founded in 2024, is seeking an experienced Admin Executive / Manager with 5+ years of experience. The role involves managing daily administrative operations, supporting finance, and fostering an efficient workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations and office workflows.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications.
• Maintain filing systems and official documentation.
• Assist with project management and reporting.
• Support finance functions including invoicing and budgeting.
• Foster a collaborative and professional work culture.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of administrative/management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
