- Accurately record and update verified information in the CRM.
- Follow the verification process and maintain high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls and engaging professionally with our key clients.
- Ability to assess information, identify inconsistencies, and ask appropriate follow-up questions.
- Good documentation skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
