We're hiring an Outbound Specialist (outbound marketing) to build and run the top of our pipeline, finding the right accounts, reaching the right buyer, and opening conversations that turn into qualified sales opportunities. This is a quota-carrying, outbound-first role built around modern AI and automation tooling, not manual list-building or generic mass email.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage target account and contact lists aligned to our ideal customer profile.
  • Research and continuously refine our ideal customer profile (ICP) and buyer personas based on what's converting in the field.
  • Design and execute cold email, cold call, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp, and other multi-touch campaigns.
  • Design and manage automated workflows and sequences that move a lead from first touch to qualified conversation with minimal manual effort.
  • Set up and manage outbound tools such as Amplemarket, Apollo, Clay, and email automation platforms, including data enrichment, lead scoring, and signal-based triggers.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude to draft outreach copy, build automation logic, and speed up campaign and workflow creation. Build and maintain HubSpot workflows and reporting to keep the outbound engine organized and measurable. Build and optimize the outbound GTM system end to end, from prospecting through handoff.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound interest and hand off qualified conversations to the sales team.
  • Identify and reach out to potential partners (referral, channel, or technology) as an additional pipeline source.
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, sequences, and channels to improve campaign performance.
  • Track and optimize reply rates, meeting conversions, and pipeline generation.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to sharpen targeting and messaging over time.


What You Bring

  • 3-5+ years in sales development, business development, or outbound sales, or growth roles (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • A track record of hitting outbound activity and pipeline targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with modern outbound tooling, ideally Amplemarket, Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot (or comparable AI sales-engagement and CRM platforms). Comfort learning new GTM tools quickly is a must if you haven't used these specifically.
  • Experience building automated workflows and sequences, not just manual one-off outreach.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Comfort using AI assistants (e.g. Claude) to draft copy, build workflows, and speed up day-to-day execution.
  • Ability to independently own both strategy and execution.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude toward rejection.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling into retail, e-commerce, or CX/contact-center buyers.
  • Exposure to loyalty, commerce, or conversational/voice AI platforms.
  • Experience working in a startup culture.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, software development, technology services, and the US, UK and GCC outbound market.
