About This Role.

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products. The ideal candidate understands both product management and AI technologies and can effectively translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements for technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products.
  • Identify customer needs, business opportunities, and potential AI use cases.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify product opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with AI/ML engineers, software developers, data scientists, designers, and business teams.
  • Prioritize product features and maintain a well-defined product backlog.
  • Collaborate with technical teams throughout the AI product development lifecycle.
  • Understand and evaluate AI/ML capabilities, limitations, model performance, and implementation requirements.
  • Support the development and testing of AI features, including LLM-based applications, chatbots, automation, recommendation systems, and AI agents.
  • Define relevant product and AI performance metrics and monitor product performance.
  • Gather customer and user feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
  • Coordinate UAT, product testing, releases, and product launches.
  • Create and maintain PRDs, product documentation, workflows, roadmaps, and product specifications.
  • Work with Sales and Business Development teams to support product demos and communicate product value.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, models, and industry trends.
  • Ensure AI products are developed with appropriate considerations for quality, reliability, privacy, security, and responsible AI use.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and software product development.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience creating PRDs, user stories, product roadmaps, and acceptance criteria.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with AI products, LLMs, Generative AI, AI agents, APIs, or automation is highly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, AI Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a related role.
