Define and drive the organization's AI Software Engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap. Architect enterprise-scale software solutions leveraging modern application architecture patterns and AI-assisted engineering practices. Lead the adoption of AI-powered development platforms across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Application Development. Design and implement AI-enabled engineering workflows to improve delivery velocity, code quality, and developer productivity. Establish enterprise standards and governance for AI-assisted software development. Architect cloud-native, scalable, secure, and resilient application ecosystems. Partner with Engineering Leaders, Product Teams, Enterprise Architects, and Business Stakeholders to define technology roadmaps. Drive AI-powered application modernization initiatives for legacy platform transformation. Develop reference architectures, reusable frameworks, patterns, accelerators, and engineering best practices. Define governance frameworks for AI-generated code quality, security, compliance, and maintainability.
