Work Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Your Role:

Purpose of the role is to develop and execute with our customers the customer strategy and customer business plan. To drive the growth and profitability agenda within Lipton Pakistan.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop and maintain the relationship with the customer
• Develop, implement, and optimize the customer strategy
• Agree a joint customer business plan to meet business objectives
• Deliver, monitor, and review the plan as well as Perfect Store execution KPI
• Provide customer and channel understanding
• Manage the customer P&L for the respective categories
• Negotiate trade terms and trade funding
• Manage customer operations
• Work in close collaboration with the Customer Shopper marketing Manager for the category input, and banner/channel plan
• Great cooperation with KA Specialists and cooperating departments
  
  

Skills and Experience:

This role requires a commercial degree, preferably in sales and marketing. You must have at least 3 years of working experience in sales with 1 year experience in a Key Account Manager role. We expect you to have:

• Proven track record of delivery top line and bottom-line results
• Leadership experience
• Business development/sales management experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• P&L – financial acumen
• Confidence to take decisions, exercise autonomy and have a strong bias for action
• High level of resilience and problem solving
• Synthesis of data and insight
• Crisis management skills
• Performance and growth mindset
• Passionate about Tea
• Outstanding MS Office Skills (Excel is a must)
