Apprentice - RC&S

Job Purpose

To support the RC&S department in sustainability-related reporting, data compilation, analysis, and departmental coordination, ensuring the timely preparation of accurate information for ESG reporting and EcoVadis assessments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in collecting, compiling, organizing, and consolidating data required for the preparation of ESG reports.
2. Support the preparation and submission of data and supporting documentation for EcoVadis assessments.
3. Analyze ESG-related data to identify gaps, ensure accuracy, and maintain data consistency.
4. Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain required information, follow up on pending inputs, and ensure timely data submission.
5. Maintain proper records and documentation of sustainability-related data and departmental activities.
6. Provide administrative and coordination support for departmental communications and sustainability initiatives.
7. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by the department.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a relevant discipline, preferably Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Civil, or a related field.
