Job Description
- Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and models.
- Preparation of preliminary designs, concept & Schematic drawings, working drawings, full detailed drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements, budget constraints, and deadlines.
- Help prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Visiting site on a periodical basis and clearing the site related queries.
- Supervising Junior Architects and interns and assigning them tasks as and when required.
- Maintaining project schedules and completion timelines to the clients as well internally.
- Stay up to date with trends, technologies, and materials in architecture.
