Area Manager - HEIS Attock

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Agriculture Engineer to join our HEIS Project team. The incumbent will play a key role in promoting HEIS technology, ensuring successful project execution, and supporting farmers in achieving improved crop yield through optimized agronomical practices and efficient drip irrigation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the complete HEIS project cycle, from demand generation to successful farmer yield outcomes.
• Optimize agronomical practices to maximize the benefits of drip irrigation systems.
• Develop and train a skilled technical team capable of executing HEIS projects at the district level.
• Provide training, supervision, and technical support to execution teams, sales teams, and farmers.
• Coordinate with government departments and consultants to ensure smooth project execution and recovery procedures.
• Support field agronomy teams to enhance crop productivity and farmer benefits.
• Monitor and guide field activities related to irrigation, fertilization, and crop management.

Job Specification:

Good knowledge of Water Management, Fertilization, Soil, Agronomical practices, Tunnel Technology. Should also have know-how of crops especially vegetable, cotton, sugar cane, maize etc.

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Agriculture Engineering

Experience: 2 – 4 years

Locations: Chakwal, Rawalpindi Division
