Our client PostEx is hiring a Area Manager (Operations Manager) in Jalalpur Bhattian.
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Area Manager to oversee operational activities across multiple locations in Jalalpur Bhattian. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, manage teams, monitor performance, and maintain compliance with company SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with operational SOPs.
- Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and productivity.
- Resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure effective communication, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of relevant operations experience.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor KPIs and identify improvement areas.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ERP, operational tracking, and reporting systems.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and locations effectively.
