Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed territory sales targets within the HORECA segment.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term, strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions and drive sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and provide timely market feedback.
- Effectively negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong client partnerships.
- Utilize CRM software for accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting of sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-5 years of progressive sales experience, with a significant focus on the HORECA market.
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales Management, including territory planning and execution.
- Solid understanding of Sales Forecasting techniques.
- Proven success in Business Development and expanding market share.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree, equivalent to 16 yrs education
- Experience in Networking within the HORECA industry.
