Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed territory sales targets within the HORECA segment.
• Cultivate and nurture long-term, strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
• Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions and drive sales.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and provide timely market feedback.
• Effectively negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong client partnerships.
• Utilize CRM software for accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting of sales activities.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-5 years of progressive sales experience, with a significant focus on the HORECA market.
• Demonstrated expertise in Sales Management, including territory planning and execution.
• Solid understanding of Sales Forecasting techniques.
• Proven success in Business Development and expanding market share.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree, equivalent to 16 yrs education
• Experience in Networking within the HORECA industry.
