Role Description:
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to join our team in Karachi. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities within the specified region. Day-to-day tasks include developing and managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing regular sales reports. The Area Sales Manager will also contribute to strategic sales planning and participate in market analysis to align company products with customer needs. The salary for this role will be 85k based on relevant experience, along with PF, Fuel Card, EOBI, Grocery, and a company-maintained bike.

Requirements:
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify and secure new opportunities.
  • We require a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical packaging industry is necessary.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical packaging materials such as Cold Forming Foil (ALU ALU), Tropical Foil, and PVC.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships with new & old customers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Experience in market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field


Mandatory Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in Sales
• 3 years of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing experience
• Must be a resident of Karachi
