PURPOSE

To Supervise projects including project execution operational planning, monitoring, controlling & closing day to day field activities and ensuring all work to be completed as per the Company standards and Proposed project plan.

Education

Education & Relevant Experience:

B-Tech/ DAE (Electrical OR Electronics)

3 years of distribution network experience preferably in projects execution & planning.

Knowledge (Functional)

• Can perform multi-functional roles in different projects (ABC; MSBB; HT/LT network; AMR & 11 KV Feeder Laying)
• Sufficient knowledge of KE Distributed Electrical Network & projects.
• Field execution operational processes and execution problem-solving techniques.
• Efficient operational & execution planning, data management and material management.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstration of Conflict management and negotiation skills on site
• Having the ability to communicate effectively with all stake holders of the project

• People management experience (PQC handling & KE gangs handling)
• Acquaintance with Material Management
• Good inter-personal & communication skills
• Data management skills
• Safety culture oriented along with basic safety knowledge on TBT & other safety practices.
  
  

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Supervising the site execution of different projects (HT/LT ABC; MSBB; HT/LT network; AMR & 11 KV Feeder Laying) as per the proposed execution plan and updating any changes during the execution.
• Monitor quality of work, safety aspects and supervisor abilities to take necessary action.
• Develop and enhance relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders both outside and inside the company.
• Provide operational/execution plan to stakeholders (IBC, PQC & Operations).
• Daily progress reporting
• Material debit/credit & recon
• Maintaining daily consumption reports
• Managing execution & Shutdowns as per execution plan.
• Project scheme network surveys & drawings.
• Quality check & assurance by conducting sites visits.
• Implementation of HSEQ policies grooming of 3OSP Supervisors gangs & PQC’s.
• Disciplining for manpower & healthiness of equipment & tools.
• Daily TBT & inspection of tools & PPEs/SPEs
• Next day material & execution plan re-confirmation with PQC’s
• Shutdown arrangement (HT/LT)
• Scrap deposition supervision & record keeping till handover.
• Fleet inspection on deployed resources.
