Job Purpose

To assist in the execution of market research on driving consumer engagement, brand awareness and product sales.

Principal Responsibilities

• Execute research projects to analyse market trends, demographic data, consumer surveys, opportunities and competition
• Provide support to external research agencies and consultants to ensure that ongoing research is carried out efficiently and in line with NFL’s needs
• Assist in the translation of data/information received from external research agencies into actionable insights for key stakeholders
• Provide inputs for sales strategies, marketing strategies and business development strategies based on market research
• Assist the Consumer Marketing Manager in evaluating the impact of marketing/research activities
• Assist the Consumer Marketing Manager in evaluating the impact of ATL and BTL campaigns
• Facilitate the Consumer Marketing Manager in engaging with consumers through various channels such as social media, events, and email marketing in order to receive customer feedback and understand issues and concerns
• Use dashboards for tracking and gathering findings to develop a presentation for the ManCom on a bi-monthly basis
• Facilitate the execution of consumer connects for the entire marketing team to ensure that the teams are aware of market trends and consumer behaviours
• Maintain research data in an up-to-date manner in a database for market studies
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, consumer preferences and competitive landscape

Background Requirements

Education: Graduate

Experience: 4-6 years relevant experience preferred.
