Key Responsibilities:
[ol]BSC Engineering/BE (Computer Science/IT/Electrical/Electronics/Telecom) or BS in (Computer Science & Related Field).CCNP/HCNP/JNCIP certification or equivalent[/ol]
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise routers and switches.
- Administer and maintain Linux servers to ensure system availability.
- Monitor network performance using NMS tools and resolve faults promptly.
- Perform 24/7 network monitoring in a NOC environment and escalate critical incidents.
- Prepare network performance reports and maintain technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for network maintenance and upgrades.
- Ensure network uptime, security, and compliance with operational standards.
- Support capacity planning, preventive maintenance, and continuous network improvement.
