Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Assistant Manager – DevOps to assist in supporting and enhancing the Bank’s digital ecosystem through efficient DevOps practices. The role will contribute to implementing automation, managing CI/CD pipelines, and assisting in the continuous improvement of deployment processes to ensure agility, scalability, operational excellence, and compliance across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in containerization, orchestration, monitoring, and modern DevOps methodologies, while also supporting the Manager DevOps in driving innovation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing CI/CD pipelines for digital banking applications to ensure smooth, automated deployments.
• Support IT teams in automating and optimizing deployment processes.
• Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting application and infrastructure performance to minimize downtime.
• Contribute to implementing containerization and configuration management tools for scalability.
• Assist in researching and adopting new DevOps tools to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and risk management requirements.

Experience Required

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline setup and management (Jenkins, GitLab, BitBucket).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Practical knowledge of automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, AppDynamics, ELK).
• Strong background in Linux/RedHat system administration and scripting.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
