Assistant Manager E&I

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of plant instrumentation, control systems, and electronic equipment.
• Ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of automated production lines and packaging machinery.
• Handle PLC programming, SCADA systems, HMI configurations, Servo Systems and VFD setups.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
• Preamptively demand instrumentation spares inventory and coordinate with cross-functional teams for plant upgrades and installation projects.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) and Food Safety standards on the factory floor.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Sc. in Electronics / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in electronics and instrumentation within a manufacturing setup (FMCG/Food processing sector preferred)

Skill Set

• Strong command over PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.), Servo Systems (SIMOTICS, SINAMICS, Bosch Rexroth Indradrive, Kinetix, etc.), industrial sensors, control loops, pneumatic systems, and fault diagnostics.
