About the Role
Are you passionate about procurement and building strong supplier partnerships? We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Assistant Manager – Indirect Procurement to join our team.
In this role, you will support the sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services, collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to delivering cost effective, compliant, and value driven procurement solutions. You'll also play an important role in driving process improvements and ensuring procurement best practices across the organization.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in supplier management, sourcing, commercial evaluations, and purchase order processes.
• Working knowledge of SAP (Materials Management module) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A proactive, collaborative, and results oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
