Our client Nova Finance is hiring a Assistant Manager Key Accounts (Female) in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders (e.g., CHROs, CFOs, Payroll Heads).
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between client objectives and the value delivered by our platform.

Strategic Account Planning
• Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive product adoption, program engagement, and account growth.
• Monitor account performance and proactively identify areas for optimization and innovation.

Retention & Growth
• Ensure high client satisfaction, loyalty, and contract renewal.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features, products, or services within existing accounts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Implementation teams to ensure delivery excellence and issue resolution.
• Provide client feedback to internal stakeholders to support product development and continuous improvement.

Performance Reporting & Analysis
• Deliver regular business reviews and performance reporting to clients and management, highlighting program outcomes and impact.
• Analyze usage data and KPIs to inform client discussions and strategic planning.

Risk & Issue Management
• Proactively manage and mitigate risks related to account health, compliance, or operational performance.
• Lead issue resolution efforts with urgency and professionalism.
