Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented resource responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing suitable sites for car service centers (oil change facilities). The role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and hands-on experience with site development and approvals.

We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented resource responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing suitable sites for car service centers (oil change facilities). The role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and hands-on experience with site development and approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for PakWheels service centers.
- Conduct market surveys and field visits to shortlist high-potential locations
- Negotiate rental/lease terms and finalize site acquisition agreements
- Coordinate with landlords, agents, and stakeholders for deal closure
- Liaise with contractors for renovation and site construction activities
- Oversee initial site development, including layout planning and execution follow-ups
- Manage coordination with government departments for approvals, NOCs, and compliance
- Ensure timely completion of site acquisition and development milestones
- Maintain database of potential sites and market intelligence
- Work closely with internal teams (Admin, Finance, Legal) for smooth execution
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in site acquisition, real estate, or retail expansion
- Experience working with well-known brands having multiple outlets will be preferred
- Strong understanding of market, locations, and commercial areas
- Proven experience in lease negotiations and contractor coordination
- Experience dealing with government authorities for approvals/NOCs
- Must be field-oriented and willing to travel extensively within Lahore
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good network of real estate agents, contractors, and local contacts
