  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to stores.
  • Coordinate with Buying, Merchandising, Warehouse, Logistics, and Retail Operations.
  • Analyze sales, stock movement, and demand trends to optimize inventory.
  • Ensure timely dispatch and distribution of products to retail outlets.
  • Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory, replenishment, and supply chain reports.
  • Resolve stock-related issues and coordinate inter-store stock transfers when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures.
  • Support seasonal launches, promotions, and new product rollouts. Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Retail Operations.
  • Experience in the retail fashion or textile industry will be preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of inventory planning and stock management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
