- Coordinate with Buying, Merchandising, Warehouse, Logistics, and Retail Operations.
- Analyze sales, stock movement, and demand trends to optimize inventory.
- Ensure timely dispatch and distribution of products to retail outlets.
- Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain inventory, replenishment, and supply chain reports.
- Resolve stock-related issues and coordinate inter-store stock transfers when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures.
- Support seasonal launches, promotions, and new product rollouts. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Retail Operations.
- Experience in the retail fashion or textile industry will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory planning and stock management.
