Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager – Debriefing to oversee daily rider debriefing, shipment reconciliation, and COD cash reconciliation. The role will ensure operational accuracy, timely resolution of discrepancies, and compliance with company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily rider debriefing activities and ensure timely completion.
• Reconcile delivered, undelivered, and returned shipments against system records.
• Monitor COD collections and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.
• Identify and investigate missing shipments, cash shortages, and delivery discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate shipment status updates in the system.
• Coordinate with riders, branch teams, and Finance to resolve pending cases.
• Monitor team performance and debriefing KPIs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and identify process improvement opportunities.
  
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, courier, or delivery operations.
• Hands-on experience in shipment reconciliation and COD management.
• Strong understanding of rider debriefing and last-mile delivery operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and shipment management systems/ERP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good team management, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
