Assitant Manager Functional

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of IBM ODM solutions, from requirements gathering to rule deployment.
• Design, develop, and manage complex business rules and decision models within the ODM platform.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical rule specifications.
• Apply Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring efficient and iterative delivery.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the accuracy and integrity of implemented rules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to rule authoring, deployment, and execution.
• Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among project team members and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with a significant focus on IBM ODM or similar rule engine technologies.

Education

• Bachelor of Science degree.
• OR Chartered Accountant (CA).
• OR MBA in Finance.
• OR ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
• OR MS in Finance.

Skills

• Proven expertise in IBM ODM (including JRules).
• Strong understanding of business rules and decision modeling principles.
• Proficiency in rule authoring and rule deployment processes.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies.
• Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent requirements gathering and analytical skills.
• Effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Experience with other rule engines or decision management platforms.
• Familiarity with business process management (BPM) concepts.
