About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Associate Business Development Executive to support our lead generation and business growth initiatives across multiple technology and software service offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential prospects, conducting outreach, nurturing leads, and helping build a strong sales pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition within the IT industry.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct prospect research and identify potential business opportunities through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online platforms, and other channels.
  • Execute outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.
  • Generate and qualify marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) for the sales team.
  • Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Build and manage prospect lists based on target industries and business requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support lead nurturing and pipeline development activities.
  • Consistently contribute towards monthly lead generation and outreach targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.


Requirements

  • 3 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Sales, or a related role.
  • Exposure to LinkedIn outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or B2B prospecting activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct research and identify potential decision-makers.
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, SaaS, or technology sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking processes is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Profile

  • Experience working in a software house, IT company, or technology-focused environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Candidates with exposure to international market outreach will be preferred.
