Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain clinical content, including treatment pathways, order sets, and documentation templates for various medical specialties.
  • Analyze clinical workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven, AI-enhanced solutions to boost efficiency and patient care.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure clinical content is evidence-based, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest medical guidelines.
  • Work closely with the EMR and AI development teams to seamlessly integrate clinical content and intelligent workflows into the software ecosystem.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure clinical content and workflows function as intended within the EMR and AI modules.
  • Provide training and support to clinicians and other end-users on effectively utilizing the clinical content and intelligent workflows within the EMR.
  • Collaborate with top-tier healthcare professionals and our agile tech team to continuously enhance clinical modules.
  • Drive measurable improvements in patient care, decision support, and clinical efficiency through innovative digital health and AI initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • MBBS degree from a HEC Recognized University.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, clinical workflows, and healthcare informatics.
  • Knowledge of medical terminologies and coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED CT).
  • Experience in clinical research, data analysis, and content development.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine and clinical practice guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an EMR or healthcare technology setting.
  • Familiarity with US Healthcare system is preferred.
