Agentic Global Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Data Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Excel, data analysis, reporting, and data visualization, with the ability to work with large datasets and convert data into meaningful insights.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Excel, data analysis, reporting, and data visualization, with the ability to work with large datasets and convert data into meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from different sources.
- Work extensively with Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze datasets.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
- Use Excel functions, formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other data analysis tools.
- Identify trends, patterns, inconsistencies, and data quality issues.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand data requirements and provide relevant insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reports and datasets.
- Maintain proper documentation of reports, data sources, and analysis processes.
- Support senior data analysts and management with data-driven insights and reporting.
- Assist in improving existing reporting and data analysis processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, data cleaning, filtering, sorting, and conditional formatting.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Analytics; a technical background is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
