Key Result Area
Centralized Account Management
- Processing of Centralized Accounts Management Unit (CAM) activities to ensure that Policies, Procedures and delivery standards are met which ultimately should reflect in satisfactory Audit Rating and acceptable level of customer satisfaction.
- Review account opening forms and other relevant documents to set up/maintenance of PVT/SME customers.
- Review, verify and process customer requests for Online banking products and services through internet and Mobile phone in order to protect bank risk and ensure error free set up.
- Activate and process all types of accounts and Online banking products and services efficiently to provide value added services and support to marketing and sales teams.
- Adherence to the defined SLA and Productivity
- To process cases with 99% accuracy. Nil Escalations
