We are looking for a Associate Solutions consultant to own the pre-sales lifecycle, from first client conversation through to delivery handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discovery & requirement gathering: Lead discovery sessions and workshops with international clients, understand business goals and constraints, and capture clear, structured requirements.
  • Solution design: Translate client needs into well-defined solutions and technical approaches, and communicate key decisions, options and trade-offs clearly.
  • RFP/RFI management: Own RFP and RFI responses end to end, from qualification and response planning through to final proposal submission.
  • Proposals & estimation: Develop proposals, effort estimates and statements of work in collaboration with Engineering and Delivery.
  • Presentations & demos: Deliver solution presentations and demonstrations to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Sales partnership: Work closely with Sales on opportunity qualification, pursuit strategy and deal positioning.
  • Handover to delivery: Partner with Engineering and Delivery to validate feasibility and ensure a structured, clean handover on won engagements.
  • Pre-sales assets & practices: Maintain a library of proposals, case studies and pre-sales materials, and help improve how we respond to and win deals.


Requirements:

  • 6-18 months of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting or a comparable client-facing role within IT services or software.
  • Sufficient technical depth to design credible solutions and engage confidently with engineering teams.
  • Experience working with Sales, Engineering and Delivery teams to move a deal from opportunity to handover.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and comfort working with international clients.
  • A high level of ownership, discipline and professionalism, and comfort working directly with senior leadership.
