Associate - Talent Enablement (Audit & Compliance)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate - Talent Enablement to support audit and compliance initiatives across HR and other business functions. In this role, you will assist in conducting operational audits, monitoring compliance with organizational policies and standard operating procedures, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of business records and documentation.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help identify process gaps, track corrective actions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal controls and operational processes. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining high standards of compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic audits of HR and business processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review employee records and HR documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures across HR and other business functions.
• Identify process gaps, document audit findings, and track corrective actions through resolution.
• Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external compliance reviews and certifications.
• Maintain audit records, compliance trackers, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls and improve operational compliance.
• Support the development and maintenance of policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in HR operations or related roles.
• MS Office skills.
• Verbal and Written communication skills, with the ability to engage and support employees effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with supervision; eager to learn effective time management techniques.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
