What is in it for you?

We are seeking an Assistant Vice President - Associate Delivery Lead Program Management to own end-to-end program delivery across large-scale, complex, data-intensive initiatives in a healthcare payer environment.

This role requires a strong blend of program management, data platform delivery, stakeholder leadership, and AI-driven execution. The ideal candidate will bring deep familiarity with payer data domains, lead cross-functional programs, and drive outcomes using a combination of Agile practices, AI-enabled delivery tools, and healthcare regulatory rigor.

Responsibilities: -

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, multi-stream data and AI programs within healthcare payer ecosystems.
• Drive program governance, planning, execution, tracking, and closure, ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage multiple interdependent workstreams across Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, and Business teams.
• Ensure delivery excellence with focus on quality, timelines, cost, and client satisfaction.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders, business leaders, and executive sponsors to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Lead steering committees, executive reviews, and program governance forums.
• Translate technical concepts into business outcomes and executive-level insights.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of payer data domains such as Claims, Enrollment, Provider, Clinical, and Financial data.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy standards, and governance frameworks.
• Align program delivery with payer-specific business processes and transformation goals.
• Champion adoption of Generative AI tools, intelligent automation, and ML-driven insights in delivery processes.
• Improve productivity, risk prediction, and decision-making using AI-powered approaches.
• Drive innovation through automation frameworks, reusable accelerators, and AI-first methodologies.
• Oversee delivery of modern data platforms leveraging technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar.
• Ensure robust implementation of data pipelines, Lakehouse architectures, data governance, and real-time analytics.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on platform scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Implement structured frameworks for risk management, escalation handling, and contingency planning.
• Ensure cross-team coordination to manage interdependencies across programs and portfolios.
• Drive Agile delivery practices (SAFe/Scrum/Kanban) across distributed teams.
• Balance Agile methodologies with enterprise governance and regulatory requirements.
• Establish metrics-driven delivery tracking (KPIs, OKRs, dashboards).
• Lead and mentor program managers, delivery leads, and cross-functional teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Build high-performing teams aligned to enterprise delivery goals.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/information technology/biomedical engineering or a related field.
• Certifications in Program Management (PMP, SAFe, Agile) are preferred.
