Specific Skills
- Available to work any shift in a 24 hour/ 7 days operational work week including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with common office equipment (phones, computers, printers).
- General office cleaning, inside and outside surroundings (dusting, vacuuming, mopping scrubbing, cleaning ceiling vents, kitchen etc.)
- To notify the office management of occurring defectiveness and needs for repairs
- To provide logistical and administration support during meetings and other events. This includes making venue and accommodation reservations, organizing refreshments and meals as necessary, prepare required equipment for meetings, etc.
- Support staff in moving documents around the office.
- Preparing tea and sourcing lunch for staff as necessary.
- To maintain a kitchen inventory e.g. initiating purchase requests for kitchen and cleaning requirements.
- To provide photocopying services of official documents, as and when required.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Director HR&A / Senior Officer Administration.
- Minimum Intermediate from recognized institute.
- Must have 2-3 years’ relevant experience preferably of educational institution.
