Our client Work Together is hiring a Auto refinishing Paint Sales Executive in Peshawar.
The Auto Refinishing Paint Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the market share for auto refinishing paint products. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing expert advice on paint products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a strong understanding of paint applications and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and expand market reach.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities with auto body shops, dealerships, and other relevant sectors.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing expert product advice.
- Provide on-site demonstrations of products and application techniques to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure timely and effective solutions for customers' needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote products and network with industry professionals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the auto refinishing or automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of auto refinishing paints, applications, and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, with a preference for experience in auto refinishing or related industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
