About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer with strong logical problem-solving abilities and hands-on expertise in modern automation platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in building, orchestrating, and optimizing automation workflows across multiple tools and frameworks while being able to communicate clearly, handle pressure, and deliver scalable solutions.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise (Python, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, Postman, etc.), workflow automation experience (n8n, Zapier, Make.com), and the ability to reason critically and structure complex problems into automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows across n8n, Zapier, Make.com, and custom Python-based solutions.
• Build integrations between APIs and third-party applications, ensuring scalable and robust systems.
• Leverage LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and emerging AI/automation frameworks to design advanced reasoning-based workflows.
• Use Postman for testing APIs, debugging integrations, and validating automation endpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Finance, CS, Marketing) to identify repetitive processes and automate them effectively.
• Ensure workflows are optimized for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Document automation processes, maintain version control, and provide training where needed.
• Handle automation incidents under pressure, ensuring quick recovery and minimal downtime.
  
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong logic building and structured problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in n8n, Zapier, Make.com (Integromat), and workflow orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge of Python for scripting, API integrations, and backend automation.
• Expertise in Postman for API testing and workflow debugging.
• Understanding of AI reasoning frameworks and ability to apply them in real-world automation.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and explain technical solutions clearly.
• Strong pressure handling ability – can deliver under tight deadlines and complex requirements.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in workflow automation and system integrations.
• Background in building AI-assisted automation with reasoning frameworks.
• Familiarity with database management, data pipelines, and visualization tools.
• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics environments.
