The Business & Education Manager will lead the development and execution of the Business and Education segment strategy for the company within the country/region. This role involves driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring strong execution through channel partners, system integrators, and key institutional customers. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience in solution-based selling, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Partner Onboarding & Portfolio Build — Identify, qualify, and onboard SIs, corporate IT resellers, and Tier-1 B2B partners; define partner tiering, credit terms, and category focus
2. Enterprise & Education Demand Generation — Drive direct engagement with large corporate accounts, universities, and institutions (jointly with partners) for device refresh programs, fleet deals, and bulk education tenders.
3. Mac & iPad Category Growth — Build a dedicated non-iPhone growth plan with its own pipeline, partner incentives, and category-specific pricing — distinct from iPhone-led volume deals.
4. Deal Desk & Bid Management — Manage special pricing requests, tender/RFP responses, and margin structuring for large enterprise/education deals in coordination with Apple and finance.
5. Partner Performance & Business Reviews — Run quarterly business reviews with each SI/reseller, track sell-through and pipeline by account, and resolve partner conflict/account- mapping on overlapping enterprise deals.
6. Oversee execution of campaigns, workshops, proof-of-concepts, and outreach activities tailored to B&E audiences. Work closely with marketing, training, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
