Our client Zara's Packages is looking for a B2B Sales Executive - Plastic Flexible Packaging in Karachi

As a Sales Executive at Zara's Packages, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing directly to the companys revenue growth. Your daily activities include lead generation, sales forecasting, and delivering compelling presentations tailored to customer needs. You will also play a key role in understanding market trends and competitor activity to strategically position our products. This role emphasizes hands-on engagement with clients through in-person meetings, providing a personalized experience that aligns with our commitment to outstanding service. Though not managing a team, you will collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deal closure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and manufacturers in the plastic flexible packaging industry.
  • Generate qualified B2B leads through networking, market research, and direct outreach to potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and anticipate customer needs and competitor moves.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with customers to present product offerings and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales activities and progress to management.
  • Apply effective negotiation techniques to close sales and secure long-term customer partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales pipeline to support business objectives.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
  • Utilize customer relationship management tools to track sales activities and client communications.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain professional standards during all customer engagements.
  • Use your own transportation to visit clients and attend business meetings as required.
