Job Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in the US and Canada for software development and IT services
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other outbound channels
- Initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and move them into the sales pipeline
- Handle responses from cold outreach and schedule meetings with qualified leads
- Prepare proposals, capability decks, and service offerings for potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Work closely with technical teams to align client requirements with solutions
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and follow ups in CRM (HubSpot)
- Track pipeline and ensure consistent progress toward monthly targets
- Stay updated with North American market trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or outbound outreach in a software or IT company
- Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English
- Experience targeting US and Canada markets is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, or similar channels
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of software development services and lifecycle
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
