Requirements
- Handle invoicing disputes for import, export, and demurrage charges and ensure proper resolution.
- Initiate, review, and process waiver requests in line with company policies and approvals.
- Process refund cases and ensure timely issuance of refund cheques to customers.
- Provide effective customer service support for all billing and claim-related queries.
- Support implementation and execution of kiosk-based billing solutions.
- Ensure accuracy of billing records with proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
