The Blood Bank Technologist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, responsible for performing all routine and specialized blood bank procedures. Day-to-day tasks include blood grouping, crossmatching, antibody screening and identification, compatibility testing, and preparation of blood components according to established protocols.
- Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field; relevant certification or licensure in laboratory or transfusion services is an advantage.
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) and basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
