About The Role

We are seeking a Bookkeeper / Accountant to drive day-to-day financial accuracy and operational discipline across the organization. This role is responsible for managing daily transactions, maintaining clean and reconciled records, and ensuring the integrity of accounting processes across multiple entities and marketplaces.

Acting as a key operational partner to the Finance team, this position oversees accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, reporting, and digital bookkeeping workflows. The role reinforces structured controls, timely reporting, and process compliance to support scalable, audit-ready financial operations in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What You Will Do

• Execute and oversee the accurate recording of daily financial transactions across accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), ensuring completeness and data integrity.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank and credit card reconciliations, to ensure timely and audit-ready financial records.
• Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice issuance, vendor invoice processing, and statement reconciliations.
• Reconcile online marketplace revenues (e.g., Shopify, Amazon) against internal records to ensure revenue accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Support payroll administration by maintaining accurate payroll records and assisting with processing and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Enforce compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal controls while maintaining structured, organized, and fully digitized financial documentation.
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 2–4 years of progressive experience in bookkeeping or general accounting within fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, or comparable systems, ensuring accurate financial processing and reporting.
• Strong command of core bookkeeping principles, general ledger management, and end-to-end reconciliation processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and digital financial record management to support structured, audit-ready documentation.
• Working knowledge of e-commerce marketplace accounting (e.g., Shopify, Amazon) with the ability to reconcile multi-channel revenue streams.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet reporting deadlines.
