JOB OPPORTUNITY: BRANCH CO-ORDINATOR

Location: Faisalabad (FSD)

Experience: 5+ Years (Admin, Operations)

Education: Bachelor's Degree (B.Com / BBA preferred)

About the Role:

We are seeking a high-caliber, disciplined professional to spearhead branch operations, financial reconciliations, and administrative functions. Serving as the key liaison between the Branch and Head Office, the ideal candidate must possess an authoritative presence for firm recovery follow-ups and strict operational control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial & Recovery: Manage petty cash and lead aggressive recovery follow-ups to maintain zero outstanding dues.
• Operational Control: Monitor all Open Delivery Notes (DNs), manage branch facility tasks, and oversee daily administration.
• Corporate Liaison: Act as the primary bridge for Head Office across HR, attendance, employee grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Reporting: Maintain professional English correspondence and deliver detailed operational reports to management.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Mandatory).
