About the Role:
We are seeking a high-caliber, disciplined professional to spearhead branch operations, financial reconciliations, and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial & Recovery: Manage petty cash and lead aggressive recovery follow-ups to maintain zero outstanding dues.
- Operational Control: Monitor all Open Delivery Notes (DNs), manage branch facility tasks, and oversee daily administration.
- Corporate Liaison: Act as the primary bridge for Head Office across HR, attendance, employee grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Reporting: Maintain professional English correspondence and deliver detailed operational reports to management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Mandatory).
- Exceptional follow-up capabilities, highly punctual, and self-driven.
