Brand Manager

The Catalyst Group is hiring a Brand Manager on behalf of its client, a fast-growing restaurant group with multiple branches in Lahore and ambitious plans for expansion.


Role Overview

The Brand Manager will be responsible for owning and growing the brand’s digital presence, with a strong focus on Gen Z engagement, consistency across multiple accounts, and community management. This role will work closely with senior leadership and build an in-house content team to support the brand’s growth journey.


Key Responsibilities

• Instagram
• Facebook

Lead community management, engagement, and online reputationEnsure consistency across multiple brand and location-based accountsDevelop and execute content and brand strategies with a focus on Gen Z attractionCoordinate with a third-party agency managing the website to ensure brand alignmentWork closely with the CEO to translate brand vision and expansion plans into communication strategiesTrack performance and optimise content based on insights and trends

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in brand, social media, or digital marketing (F&B preferred)
• Strong understanding of Gen Z content and digital culture
• Experience building or managing creative teams
• Ability to manage multiple digital accounts
• Strong communication and organisational skills
