We are seeking a data-driven and creative Brand Specialist to build, maintain, and elevate our brand identity across all customer touchpoints. In this role, you will lead the creative review process—overseeing content briefs, reviewing creative assets, and maintaining strict approval sign-offs to ensure high visual standards, consistent messaging, and impactful positioning across all channels.

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Brand Specialist to build, maintain, and elevate our brand identity across all customer touchpoints. In this role, you will lead the creative review process—overseeing content briefs, reviewing creative assets, and maintaining strict approval sign-offs to ensure high visual standards, consistent messaging, and impactful positioning across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Review & Approval Gatekeeping: Oversee all content, messaging, and copy before it moves to creative design, and serve as the final approval checkpoint to ensure all final creative assets adhere strictly to brand standards prior to campaign launch
- Brand Architecture & Consistency: Enforce visual identity guidelines, design systems, and tone of voice across performance ads, social media, web, and product touchpoints
- Asset Production & Pipeline Management: Brief, manage, and collaborate with internal designers, copywriters, and external agencies to produce high-performing, compliant brand assets on schedule
- Brand Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling product narratives, localized messaging frameworks, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, track competitor brand positioning, and conduct user research to identify brand differentiation opportunities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Acquisition, Product, and Content teams to align creative messaging across both customer acquisition and retention journeys
- Experience: 3+ years in brand management, creative direction review, or brand strategy (experience in consumer tech or digital financial services is a plus)
- Creative Oversight: Proven track record of managing end-to-end creative approval workflows, copy reviewing, and maintaining visual identity standards
- Data-Informed Mindset: Ability to interpret creative performance, engagement metrics, and consumer feedback to refine creative direction
- Communication: Exceptional copywriting, messaging evaluation, and cross-team communication abilities
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with creative review platforms (Figma, Frame.io, Canva) and project management systems (Asana, Jira, or Trello)
