SKANS School of Accountancy is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable ACCA BT (Business and Technology) Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students through effective teaching methodologies.

SKANS School of Accountancy is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable ACCA BT (Business and Technology) Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students through effective teaching methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lectures for the ACCA Business and Technology (BT) paper.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and revision materials.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and mock examinations to evaluate student performance.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance and support.
- Maintain accurate attendance and academic records.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus in accordance with the academic schedule.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and continuous improvement of teaching practices.
- ACCA Member or ACCA Affiliate, or a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Prior teaching experience in ACCA BT or relevant business subjects will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of business, management, governance, ethics, and organizational concepts.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital teaching tools.
